To claim the refund, first, email us to obtain a return authorization form and return authorization number. Next, mail the Mangasm tool back to us with the return authorization number written clearly on the front of the package, as well as a copy of your original invoice.

- If you wish to receive your order via Fedex ground, all orders below $100 will ship for a flat rate of $13.95, and all orders above $100 will ship for $16.95.
- 2-day Fedex shipping is available for $24.95 for orders below $100 and for $28.95 for orders above $100.
