Privacy is important to me! Is your shipping discreet?

Yes, our shipping process is totally discreet, and you can rest assured that no one will know what is in the package we ship to you. Our return address is only a warehouse address in New York, and there is nothing about sex toys written on the outside of the package. When will you ship my products?

Autoblow, Mangasm, Ladygasm and most lubricants ship the same day if ordered by 3pm EST. Since we ship some brands from multiple warehouses, we say that we ship within 1 business day, just to be on the safe side. So sometimes you’ll find we were able to ship the same day you ordered, and sometimes we may ship within 1 day.

How do I track my order?

When we ship, we generate an email to you with your tracking number. If you didn’t get this email, check your spam. If its not there, just email use the contact us link and we’ll be happy to get the tracking to you by email. Alternatively, you may use the phone number on top of the website to ask us personally.

Do you ship to APO/AE or PO boxes?

Yes, sure! We ship to those addresses using USPS only.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of defective or damaged products within 30 days of receipt. Due to the nature of adult products, we cannot accept returns of products you used but were unsatisfied with. Further, we cannot accept returns of products you received but did not use and then wish to return. We can’t re-sell them. We know you only looked at the box and didn’t touch the product. But seriously, you wouldn’t want to buy toys that someone else bought and returned.

We are known, though, in this industry, for sending out generous discount codes to people legitimately unhappy with a purchase, to use on a future purchase. Just ask (and be nice!).

In the case of a return, we will issue you an RMA number which must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Contact us using the “contact us” link on the bottom of this site to request an RMA number.

The item being returned must include the original packing slip and all product packaging materials. The product must be placed inside a sealed clear plastic bag. For the safety of our staff, products that arrive that do not adhere to these rules will not be refunded.

If a case exists where we do accept a return or exchange of a non-defective item, the shipping charges must be borne by the buyer.
